Fall Sports - 2011 Season

Soccer, Coed, Ages 4-16

Sign-Ups

Saturday, June 18th or Saturday, June 25th, from 10 am to 2 pm, at the Urbana Youth Sports Building, or Mail In form below.

Sign-Up Fee:

On or before July 17th: $40

Come to Park and sig up on Sat, June 18th or Sat, June 25th: $35 (represents a $5 discount for signing up in person)

On or after July 18th: $40 plus $20 late fee.

Season:

August-October.
